Office employee hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Factory employee hours are Monday to Thursday 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 6:00 AM to 3:30, and Fridays from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM

ORDER PROCESSING / CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBER

 

Reviews designer submitted orders. Compares specification of written orders with floor plans and elevations. Works through order questions and details with designer and manufacturing team. Interfaces with industry suppliers and vendors on job specific components for custom cabinet manufacturing.

 

INDUSTRY OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

 

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

•In-depth knowledge of order processing high-end custom cabinetry

•Analytical thinking

•Excellent verbal & written communication skills

•Comprehensive computer skills (including Design Software & Microsoft Office 365)
